Let's talk about your business
You don't need a brief, a budget sheet or the right marketing vocabulary to reach out. Tell me a little about your business and what's on your mind, and I'll take it from there.
What's useful to mention
None of this is required, and "I'm not sure" is a perfectly good answer. But the more I know going in, the more useful that first conversation can be.
What you sell, and to whom
The services or products that matter most to your business, and the customers you most want more of.
What you're doing now
Advertising, a website, social media, an agency or a freelancer. Whatever is in place today, even if it's nothing.
What's working, and what isn't
Where inquiries come from now, and where you feel like money or effort is going without much to show for it.
How you know
Whether calls and forms are tracked, what reports you get, or whether it's mostly a gut feeling. All three are common.
Why now
A slow season, a new location, a website that's aged out, or a contract coming up for renewal. The reason shapes where to start.
What a good outcome looks like
More of a certain kind of customer, a clearer picture of your spending, or simply a second opinion.
Not sure which service you need? That's what the conversation is for. See all services
One thing to leave out
Please don't send passwords, ad account logins, payment details or sensitive business records through the form or by email. If we decide to work together and I need access to an account, we'll set that up properly, through the platform's own sharing tools, so you stay in control of who can see what.
Pinpoint doesn't have a storefront, so you won't find a map or a street address here. Based in Lee's Summit, working with businesses near and far.
Questions before you reach out
Is the first conversation a sales pitch?
No. It's a working conversation about your business, your current marketing and what you'd like to change. If there's a way I can help, I'll explain what I'd look at first. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.
Do I need to know what I want before I contact you?
Not at all. Plenty of people reach out because something feels off and they can't tell what. Working out where to start is part of the job.
Can we talk about cost?
Yes, once the scope is clear. Pricing depends on what the work involves, so it's laid out in a written proposal rather than on the website. How Pinpoint is structured
