Marketing services for businesses, wherever they're based
You don't need everything on this page. Most businesses need one or two things done well, connected to a clear goal. The services are grouped by the job they do, so you can find the right place to start. I'm based in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and work with companies across the country and around the world.

Start with what's actually getting in the way
Most people don't arrive knowing which service they need. They arrive knowing what isn't working. Find the line that sounds closest to your situation.
| If this sounds like you | Start here | Why start there |
|---|---|---|
| “People can't find us when they search.” | SEO & Local Visibility or Google Ads | Search ads put you in front of people looking today. Search visibility builds the presence they find when they compare options. Often the answer is some of both. |
| “We get visitors, but not many calls or forms.” | Websites | More advertising sends more people to the same page. It usually makes sense to fix where they land first. |
| “We spend money on marketing and can't tell what it's producing.” | Analytics & tracking or Marketing Consulting | Until calls, forms and bookings are counted correctly, every other decision is harder to make well. |
| “We need more people to know we exist.” | Meta Ads or Social Media | Social reaches people before they search, and gives them a reason to remember you when they do. |
| “Our ads and website don't look like the business we are.” | Creative Services or Drone Photo & Video | Every channel runs on the material you give it. Better photos, video and design make the rest of the marketing easier to believe. |
| “We have several vendors and nobody tying it together.” | Marketing Consulting | Someone needs to own the plan before any single channel gets more budget. |
| “Honestly, I'm not sure.” | Start a conversation | That's a normal place to be. Sorting it out is what the first conversation is for. |
Reach the people most likely to become customers
These services put your business in front of people, either while they're searching or before they know to look. Which one fits depends on how your customers decide.
Google Ads
Search campaigns that reach people while they're already looking for what you offer, judged by the quality of the inquiries they bring in, not the click count.
Who it helps: businesses whose customers search before they buy, like service calls, appointments, quotes and local shopping.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram advertising that reaches defined groups beyond your current followers, with creative testing and follow up planned from the start.
Who it helps: businesses that need to create demand, fill bookings or events, or reconnect with past visitors and customers.
SEO & Local Visibility
Make your business easier to find, understand and trust across search, maps, reviews and the other places people check before they decide.
Who it helps: businesses that depend on being found and compared, in their own area or well beyond it, and want a search presence that builds over time.
Social Media Management
Planned, consistent content that shows your business, your people and your personality, with an approval step so nothing goes out that you haven't seen.
Who it helps: businesses that know they should be showing up regularly but don't have the time, or the content, to do it well.
Streaming TV, programmatic and other paid media are planned where they fit, as part of Google Ads or Marketing Consulting work. Email marketing, from newsletters to automated follow ups for leads and past customers, runs alongside social media when it fits the plan.
Give people something worth arriving at
Advertising and search get attention. What people see when they arrive decides whether they reach out. These services shape that experience, online and in person.
Websites
Custom WordPress websites that make it easy to understand what you offer and to take the next step. New sites, thoughtful redesigns and focused campaign landing pages.
Who it helps: service businesses, retail and eCommerce, and professional services. Especially useful when advertising is sending people to a site that isn't finishing the job.
- Service pages that answer questions before the call
- Mobile layouts designed for the phone first
- Forms and measurement planned from the start
Creative Services
Graphic design, video production, photography, drone photo and video, 3D and 360 tours, print and signage, apparel and branded goods. I plan the work and coordinate the right specialists and vendors to produce it.
Who it helps: businesses whose ads, website or physical space need better material to work with.
Drone Photo & Video
Cinematic aerial work, FPV flythroughs and aerial 360 capture. Every project starts with a location and airspace assessment, because the site decides what's possible.
Who it helps: commercial properties, facilities, destinations, events and construction progress, where scale and setting tell the story.
Decide what deserves priority, and know what's working
Some businesses don't need another channel. They need a clear plan, someone to own it, and numbers they can trust. That work lives here.
-
Marketing Consulting
A focused review, an audit and strategy workshop, or ongoing guidance on where the budget and attention should go next. Who it helps: owners and small teams with disconnected vendors, stalled activity or an unclear next move.
-
Media planning and buying
A plan for where the budget goes across channels and vendors, with each vendor evaluated and held to the same measures. Who it helps: businesses running several channels or vendors, or preparing a major campaign.
-
Fractional marketing leadership
Ongoing direction: setting priorities, overseeing budget and vendors, and owning the roadmap. Who it helps: businesses that need sustained marketing leadership but not a full time marketing executive.
-
Analytics and tracking
GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards and attribution review, so calls, forms and bookings are counted once each and reported in one place. Who it helps: anyone who can't yet say with confidence what their marketing is producing.
The plan decides the combination. Not a menu.
You won't find tiers on this page, on purpose. The right mix depends on your goal, your market and what's already in place, so it comes out of a conversation about your business rather than a checklist.
The goal comes first
More qualified leads, more booked jobs, more people through the door. Every service on this page has to serve that goal, or it doesn't belong in the plan.
Fix what's in the way
If the website loses people, more ads just send more people to a page that loses them. The first effort goes to the biggest constraint, even when it's not the most exciting one.
Add only what earns its place
A channel gets added when there's a reason for it, and it's measured against the same business actions as everything else. Sometimes the right recommendation is to spend less.
Connected by one strategy, not sold as disconnected tactics.
Questions about choosing services
Do I need more than one service?
Not necessarily. Plenty of businesses start with one thing done well, like a website that converts or a Google Ads account that stops wasting money. When several services make sense, they're planned together so they support the same goal instead of competing for budget.
How do I know what it will cost?
Scope drives cost, so the numbers come after the scope is clear. Once we've talked through your goals and what's already in place, the recommendation and pricing are laid out in a written proposal, in plain English. For how fees are structured, see Why Pinpoint.
Can you work with the vendors I already have?
Yes. I connect with your systems, your data, your team and the vendors already around the table. Sometimes that means taking on one channel and coordinating with the rest. Sometimes it means telling you that what you have is working.
Do you do all of this yourself?
I lead the strategy and the relationship on every engagement, and I do most of the execution. For specialized production, such as printing, fabrication or some video work, I bring in trusted specialists and vendors, and you'll always know who is involved.
What about platforms that aren't listed here?
Paid media can reach beyond Google and Meta where it fits your audience, including YouTube, streaming TV, LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit. Those are planned as part of a broader campaign when there's a clear reason to use them.
